Maison Boon was once a family farmhouse. A local family built and used the house for daily life and farm work. They worked on the land around the house. The fields gave food and income. A barn stood next to the house.

Years passed, and farming in the region changed. Small farms had trouble competing with large modern farms. Then the family left Maison Boon. The exact year of closure is not clear, but the house has been empty for many years.

Inside the House

Many rooms still contain old furniture. Chairs stand around a wooden table. A cabinet holds plates and glasses. In the bedrooms, beds are still made. Wallpaper hangs loose from the walls. Paint peels off in long strips. Light falls through broken shutters. The air smells dry and old. You can see personal items in some corners. Small objects tell simple stories of daily life. That makes Maison Boon feel real and close.

Outside the Farm

The garden looks wild. Grass grows high. Bushes block old paths. The barn shows signs of decay, but its wooden beams are still strong. The farmhouse shows the past of rural life. It is a mix of history and decay. The silent rooms speak without words.
