Usine Vapeur
THE ABANDONED FACTORY IN FRANCE
‘Usine Vapeur’ is an old factory in the North of France. The factory has been abandoned for years and most of the site is gone or severely damaged.
The old factory is situated in Breitenwasen, a district of the French commune of Oberbronn in the Bas-Rhin department. The factory was pretty much an empty hall. However, there was one interesting room left to explore and photograph. In the cellar of the building I found an old steam engine, that used to be the heart of the factory. Unfortunately, I found not much information about this factory. I took these photos of the ‘Usine Vapeur’ factory in 2017.
