Scandals became the end for this oil firm. In 1999 the company sold the heavy polluted site to a criminal organization. The place was sold because the pollution was so heavy they probably didn’t get a new environmental permit.

The sale lead to different lawsuits as a result the pollution wasn’t cleaned for ten years. End 2009 the city cleaned this place.
